The National Green Tribunal (NGT) has directed the Chief Secretary Punjab, Karan Avtar Singh to effectively resolve the issue at the Ludhiana Refused Drive Fuel (RDF) production plant. This directive aims at ensuring that the plant is permitted to operate without any further delay. The Chief Secretary was also directed to submit a report on the issue, as reported by Tribune India.
