ONGC and EverEnviro to set up ten CBG plants

Indian Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) and environmental services company EverEnviro Resource Management Pvt. Ltd. have formed a JV to develop ten CBG plants across India.

The plants should process agricultural waste, agro-industrial waste, energy crops, and municipal solid waste. EverEnviro plans to establish over 100 CBG plants across India and is already working on more than 20 projects in Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, and Punjab.

These projects involve an investment of almost RS 22 billion (EUR 244 million), producing 320 tpd of CBG.
