Plastic-to-energy plant considered in Jaipur

The authorities of North Western Railways are considering setting up a plant in the city of Jaipur that shall produce energy from plastic bottles and cups that are left at the railway station. The proposed plant shall be able to treat 5 tons of waste per day. The article in the Times of India does not quote whether the project is related to plans for MSW-fed WtE plants in the city.
