Editor According to The Hindu, the Greater Chennai Municipal Corporation (GCMC) will complete a feasibility study and a detailed project report (DPR) on setting up 2 WtE plants before upcoming municipal elections. The facilities would be located in Kodungaiyur and Perungudi, adjacent to existing waste sites. Furthermore, it was said that the Kodungaiyur project could be commissioned within 14 months.
