ReNew signs MoU for 200 MW of WtE capacity

According to PV Tech, Indian renewable energy developer ReNew Power has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Uttar Pradesh government for developing 1.2 GW of renewable energy in the state. The MoU will focus on 1 GW of solar and 200 MW of Waste-to-Energy projects. The company plans to invest INR 80 billion (USD 1.23 billion).
