Second WtE plant in Jawaharnagar nears commissioning

The second WtE facility in Jawaharnagar, Telangana, is “almost ready for commissioning”. The project is planned to have a power supply capacity of 28 MWe, as Telangana Today reports.

The first WtE plant in Jawaharnagar went online in 2020 and has a processing capacity of 438,000 tpy of waste. It produces 19.8 MWe.
