Sistema to scale up small-scale biogas installations

Sistema.bio India has announced plans to install 1 million small-scale biogas installations, intended for domestic cooking, in the next 5 years across India.

Sistema currently has over 75,000 of such units in India and sees vast potential due to over 17 million dairy farmers across the country. According to Sistema, their manufacturing site in Pune is capable to produce 1 million of those units per year.
