South Delhi Municipal Corporation to build AD plant in Najafgarh

The South Delhi Municipal Corporation projects a new AD plant in cooperation with the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre in Najafgarh, Southwest Delhi. According to The Hindustan Times, the facility should process cow dung from surrounding shelters and dairies and have a capacity of 150 metric tons. The Corporation also considers the possibility of a later processing of food waste. According to the source, the final location in Najafgarh still has to be determined.
