Statement on Delhi Rajghat plant conversion plans

Delhi’s three municipal corporations have reportedly consented on plans to convert the defunct Rajghat coal-fired power plant into a WtE plant. It was stated by The Indian Express that the converted facility would have a treatment capacity of 4,000 tpd of waste. However, the source does not state any technical details. Plans to convert the Rajghat facility were first announced in January 2016.
