The City of Tiruchi wants to build an RDF plant as a public-private partnership project, The Hindu reports. The plant should treat the entire solid waste of the garbage dump in Ariyamangalam. It is expected to treat 600 tons of waste per day, with investments amounting to EUR 3.5 million. According to Corporation Commissioner N.
