Two WtE plants proposed for Chhattisgarh

As stated by officials of the Chhattisgarh government, two WtE plants are being proposed to be set up in Chhattisgarh. One of the plants is said to be built in the district of Durg. In total, the facilities should have a capacity of 10 MW. According to The Daily Pioneer, the projects should be implemented under “Swachch Bharat Abhiyan”, a national campaign by the Indian government to improve the infrastructure of the country.
