Editor Update on an ongoing biogas project on Tajpur Road in Buddha Nallah, Punjab. The plant has not yet been constructed, despite the fact that the Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA) has already completed the transfer of land. According to The Times of India, the Punjab Pollution Control Board (PPCB) and Punjab Energy Development Authority (PEDA) have now been asked to take steps for accelerating the project. In particular, the PEDA officials have been asked to make changes in the respective tenders. By doing so, as it is hoped, a construction company may finally be found.
