As was stated by APN Live, the WtE project at Vadodara (state of Gujarat), which had first been discussed in 2014, seems to be nearing completion. Reportedly, the Indian Prime Mister himself will inaugurate the new WtE facility within the next few days. According to earlier information, unnamed Finnish companies were also involved in the construction of the plant. The investments for the project amounted to around USD 40.99251 million. No more details on the project have been revealed so far.
