WtE plant possible in Telangana

As reported by The HANS INDIA, Telangana’s Minister of Municipal Administration & Urban development has requested Japanese delegates visiting the country to carry out a feasibility study of establishing an incineration plant in the state. He proposed a model similar to the Japanese waste management procedure for the increasing urban population of Telangana state. He is optimistic about establishing an incineration plant by December 2019. The feasibility study will be undertaken along with an MoU agreement between the government of Telangana and the Clean Authority of Tokyo/government of Japan.
