Bengaluru to get four new AD plants

Four new small-scale AD projects are to be installed in Bengaluru, Karnataka, within the next 4 to 5 months.

Each AD plant should treat wet waste, animal, and horticultural waste. Tenders for the projects have been approved with costs estimated at INR 25 million each (EUR 280,500).

Potential locations could reportedly be in Byatarayanapura, Mahadevapura, Basavanagudi, and Shantinagar.
