Chander Mohan Guptam, the Mayor of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC), has recently inaugurated a biogas unit and cow PRK unit at the stray cattle pound Dogra Hall Jammu. The source Greater Jammu does not provide information on the scope of the newly-erected plant or the technology to be used at the site. The Mayor has inaugurated the plant in collaboration with Khadi and Village Industries Commission (J&K) in the presence of several company and administrative officials.
