Eight small-scale biomethane plants to be set up in Mumbai

Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation (MBMC) has identified eight locations to set up small-scale biomethane plants, capable of processing 2 to 10 tonnes of kitchen waste daily. The produced energy will primarily be used to power street lights, as reported by The Asian.
