According to the Times of India, the planned WtE project in Galand faces problems as only 18 acres of the 36 acres necessary have been acquired. As reported earlier by ecoprog, Ghaziabad Development Authorities (GDA) had ordered for the land acquisition to be completed by January 2019. No construction timetable has been issued for the project yet.
