New plan for a clean Delhi by Congress party

In the run-up to the Assembly elections, the Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee has presented a blueprint to manage the problem of municipal solid waste in order to make the city cleaner.

According to The Times of India, the concept includes four landfill sites, that shall be upgraded to WtE plants. The final blueprint will be released on March 29.
