Reliance has new plans for 100 CBG plants

Oil refining company Reliance Industries Ltd has announced to develop 100 CBG plants within the next 5 years. In total, these plants should process 5.5 million tpy of agricultural waste and other organic waste.

The company recently commissioned its first commercial-scale CGB plant in Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh. An intermediate target of 25 CBG plants is planned to be achieved next.
