Request for capacity increase at Ludhiana RDF plant

According to The Times of India, a committee of Punjab’s legislative assembly has apparently asked the operator of a RDF plant near Ludhiana to increase the capacity of their facility. The RDF facility is operated by an unnamed disposal contractor of the Ludhiana Municipal Corporation (LMC).
